	POSITIONS: STEEL DETAILERS AND DRAFTSPERSON Requires the ability to create shop drawings from contract drawings, by utilizing either manual drafting techniques or CAD. CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGERS Requires the ability to manage projects from estimating through fabrication and installation. Field measuring and strong communications skills required. STEEL ESTIMATORS Requires the ability to perform steel takeoffs on contract documents, generate material cutting lists, and write proposals. SHOP LAYOUT PERSONS Requires the ability to layout structural and miscellaneous steel work, including steel stairs, beams, frames, and railings. Thorough knowledge of blue prints a must.
