Our services at 140 Franklin Street involved rigging a custom-made stair through the window of a luxury apartment building, without damaging anything, including the very expensive custom floors.

To this end, our company was responsible for the transportation of the stair and rails from the fabricator and the installation upon arrival, as well as acquiring permits and surveying the site for a safe location to anchor the crane (as the sidewalk was hollow).
